  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your diamond jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certification documents, such as GIA or IGI grading reports.

  Affix Prepaid Label

  Print the complimentary insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your shipping box to guarantee safe transit.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
